I bought a VIP ticket, so why does my ticket say “GENERAL ADMISSION”?
Your VIP ticket says VIP at the very bottom, but under the SECT/ROW/SEAT assignment on the ticket it uses the term “General Admission” instead of having a section number, row number and seat number because there are none. In this case, the term means there are no reserved seats.
It’s a venue thing, and we agree – its confusing.
BUT your ticket does say VIP at the bottom and it scans just fine as VIP and it WILL get you into VIP!! -
I bought a GA ticket, is there a way I can upgrade to VIP?
Yes! You can absolutely upgrade. We are using the Cain’s Ballroom box office and ticketing system for Big Ride, and they can help you upgrade your ticket!
You can stop by the Cain’s box office in person, or call, or email.
